What is Provided to Customer:

All-inclusive package hunts include lodging, gourmet meals, open bar in the evenings, hors d'oeuvres, in-room snacks and beverages, warm-up clays, transportation to/from the field, professional guides, seasoned gun dogs, bird processing, and vacuum packaging to take birds home.

What Should Customers Bring?

You are welcome to bring your own gun or rent one of ours. We sell ammo onsite, or you can bring your own. Brush pants are recommended but not required. Bring a good pair of shoes or boots and extra socks. Blaze orange is required on every person in the fields, not just the hunters. Shirts, hats and/or vests are recommended. Don’t forget your camera and binoculars as well as your Texas hunting license. We sell licenses onsite if you don’t have one!

On-site Activities:

Upland bird hunting, released mallard hunts, wild duck hunts, trophy whitetail hunts, exotic hunts, fly fishing for bass, sporting clays, safari ranch tours, state-of-the-art conference room, and team building activities.

Species You Hunt by Season:

Doves in September. Upland birds in October-March. Quail, pheasant, chukar & Hungarian partridge. Whitetail Sept-Feb, Turkey March-May, Exotics year round, and Fishing March-Nov.

Region/Terrain Where You Hunt:

Approximately 90 miles west of the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. Our bird fields are maintained and improved year round to offer the best upland hunting experience. Expect to walk on well-maintained grassy paths and to flush through waist high growth.

Typical Weather by Season:

Weather is fairly mild during the fall and winter with average low temps in the 30s-40s and high temps in the 50s-60s. Although temperatures can fluctuate during this time from much above to much below average, extreme temperatures usually are short-lived. It's best to check the forecast for Mingus, Texas (76463) just prior to your trip for the most accurate weather conditions.

Do I need a Texas hunting license?

Yes, The state of Texas requires all hunters to carry a hunting license. If you do not have one, you may purchase one on site.

What type of clothing should I bring?

Texas weather varies, I would recommend dressing in layers.

Is there a dress code for your dining room?

Yes, it is casual dress.

Can I bring my own dog?

Yes, you may but the dog must be crated.
