With the warmer weather we have been having the creek has risen pretty significantly. It is currently on the drop so the time to get out is right now. The water is slightly off color but the march browns have been out in the afternoon.
Techniques & Tips as of 4/18/24
Nymphing is going to be your best method right now. Stripping smaller streamers such as kreelex or sparkle minnows.
Local Species Available Year round; some tributaries closed December 1-third week of May. Check regulations before fishing.
